A community of like-minded homeowners that enjoy a peaceful habitat and natural surroundings. Located in Alachua, Florida we are just minutes from I-75 and 3/4 of a mile from US Hwy 441 on county road 235A. Each home is a unique structure with architectural distinctiveness built within the constraints of our architectural guidelines. We are a deed-restricted community.
